We are empanelled as valuer for SBI and their Associate Banks and Nationalized Banks. We also value property for purpose of General Insurance Companies, Income-Tax, Wealth-Tax, Capital Gain, Sales Tax etc. We are recognized as Approved Valuer by Cheif Commissioner, MP and CG under Department of Revenue Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Goverment of India, Bhopal (M.P.). Apart from executing institutional assignment, we also cater to individual needs of our customers to arrive at correct and proper price to take vital decisions with regard to sale / purchase of immovables.
